Today I got described as 'intelligent', 'fresh' (No idea!), 'quirky in a good way' and 'you know when Sophie's around'. I'm feeling pretty good tbh, despite the horrendous weather and driving lesson being cancelled.
Oh and one more thing
I'M GOING TO SEE AFI IN APRIL!!!!!!! YES!

Why, you ask?
Because last night Simone and I went to Birmingham (On a most Excellent Adventure! [/BillAndTed]) to see one of the greatest rock bands on the planet, LIVE in CONCERT!

To aptly describe it, here is a block o' text o'doom that I sent to my friends to tell them about it

"It was AMAZING.

They played for almost three hours. Old and new stuff. 21st Century Breakdown, 21 Guns, Brain Stew, Holiday, Blvd of Broken Dreams When I Come Around, Minority, American Idiot, Give Me Novacaine, Murder City, At the Library, Are We The Waiting, She, St Jimmy, Jesus of Suburbia, King for a Day/Shout, East Jesus Nowhere, Know Your Enemy and loads more that I can't even remember right now. There was all kind of stage technical trickery, fireworks, actual fire, confetti, at one point Billie Joe shot the crowd with water pistols, a t-shirt cannon and a toilet paper gun. At one point they got three kids up to play drums, bass and guitar and the girl on guitar had the biggest smile on her face omg I just felt so happy for her. Then Billie Joe got the guy who had played bass to do a stage dive, which he looked terrified at but did anyway. Billie Joe got everyone doing the 'Wheeeeeeyoooooh!' thing nearly every other song, everyone sang along and jumped and aghhh it was great sahhahdjghjghjsgh (incomprehensible glee). Their saxophone player dressed up as Michael Jackson for King for a Day, I don't even know why. The great thing was the huge diverse mix of people there, like there some full on old-skool punks and goths and there was also very normal people with mums and little kids and whatnot. Obviously there were the classic teenage boys dressed up in black shirts and red ties, I think I counted about seven in the end. It was phenomenal. I had about eight different peoples sweat on me by the end (nice, Soph, nice) and was exhasted by the final song. My lungs were aching from singing along and my feet hurt from jumping. And I am afraid to say that when Billie Joe came on alone and played Wake Me Up When September Ends I had tears running down my face like the emotional prat I am. And I blubbed all the way through that and Good Riddance because I just didn't want it to end. It was just incredible and worth every penny."

I think that aptly sums things up.  But wait! Hold on! There's more trivia!!

In other news, I met Wil Francis friday night.

Still alive!
College is back in proverbial black (at least the first years are - goths united!) and I have been tres busy reading Othello and writing essays about The History Boys. curlybeach should be pleased to hear that I have been converted and now adore the film but Lockwood is still my favourite. So basically my essay is going something like 'Blah blah, I hate Dakin, what a twat, blah blah, Posner FTW, blah blah, Scripps is lovely, blah, Hector = complex character, blah, Mamma Mia the Movie, blah did I mention Scripps is lovely, blah, blah Rudge is cool beans, blah, Scripps knows all, blah Media Studies, blah. The End' What fun.
Oh and I am now also 18. Get iiiin.

Mock the Week: How good was it this week? I have much love still for Russell Howard and his funny teeth. AND they had the headmaster from The Inbetweeners on! Who basically owns all and is massively tall. Seriously. He and Lucy Porter comparing heights was fantastic. Dara has quite noticabely lost weight when I watch MTW on the normal sized TV in living room, as opposed to the postage stamp sized one in my room and the conservatory. Hugh Dennis continues to make me helpless with LULZ. Ahh Mock The Week. The icing on the cake though had to be Dara proclaiming 'EPIC FAIL!!!'

-Home from camping and slightly knackered.
-My hoodie arrived. It's massive, so i'll probably use it as a jacket. I loooove it though.
-I am readdicted to pokemon on GameBoy (retrotastic)
